IW-RFSOC-2T2R is a board developed by Xi'an Interwiser Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. for mixed-signal processing. The main chip uses TSMC's 16nm process and has two derivative models: IW-RFSOC-2T2R-47DR and IW-RFSOC-2T2R-27DR. The IW-RFSOC-2T2R-47DR is equipped with Xilinx ZYNQ UltraScale+ RFSoC ZU47DR chip, containing 930k available logic cells to provide you with rich logic resources. The board provides 2 ADC/DAC ports, supporting up to 2 channels of 14-bit ADC sampling rate up to 5GSa/s, and up to 2 channels of 14-bit DAC sampling rate up to 9.85GSa/s. The IW-RFSOC-2T2R-27DR is equipped with Xilinx ZYNQ UltraScale+ RFSoC ZU27DR chip, containing 930k available logic cells. It supports up to 2 channels of 12-bit ADC sampling rate up to 4GSa/s, and up to 2 channels of 14-bit DAC sampling rate up to 6.5GSa/s. The board also provides DDR4 memory on both PS and PL sides to meet various software-hardware hybrid and data processing needs.
In addition to powerful ADC/DAC ports, to meet data interaction needs in various scenarios, the board is also equipped with rich IO interfaces and expansion options. Network IO ports include 1 onboard 40Gbps QSFP+ high-speed connector, 1 10Gbps SFP+ connector, and 1 10/100/1000 Ethernet port, enabling the board to handle most network data interaction needs. Data IO ports include USB-JTAG, USB-UART, RS232, GPIO, etc. Expansion modules include Micro SD, GPS module, etc.
